Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    Last year I took out BOI car insurance and did so using direct debit. The repayments were meant to finish in January but having just checked my bank account, they continued for the last three months also - having escaped my notice until now. I have sent an email regarding the situation but have got no reply from customer care - not even an automated one.

    If you could please advise on this situation and organise repaying me the money I am owed, I'd appreciate it.

    Can you use the Banking 365 SEPA refund services to get the money back?
