Im posting on behalf of a friend and he wants to know if there is any way to speed up stamp 4 status for an American who's having an irish born baby with an irish citizen. Baby is due in October. He intends to work and live in Ireland with his new family and only has 45 days left on holiday visa, which doeasnt allow him to work, and makes him miss the pregnancy. He is currently back in the US.
