Will current insurer quote when car turns 15?

Am currently with aviva who don't insure 15 year old , when renewal comes will they quote or say car is to old?

My previous insurer wanted to hike mine by 110 for my 17-year-old car. Got a quote from another of the big firms for an increase of only 70. They asked how long I'd owned the car, so maybe that was a factor.
