    How much will it cost though ? 50 quid a pop ? 100 ? 1000 ?

    Less than 50 I'd say.

I know of more than one OAP, who went for treatment that wasn't covered by the medical card, paid for it out of their own pocket, and then received letters from social welfare saying what they had done isn't covered. The doctors were taking their money AND trying to claim off the medical card on the QT.

Yeah, my grandparents used to have to pay for just about everything even with medical cards and health insurance. Its disgraceful how 25% of the budget goes to healthcare thats sh*te and doesn't even cover the elderly.

This still goes on, I have seen it personally. One archetypal "mad scientist" I met told me a friend operated on him to clamp his pancreas to test something or other. He advised me not to do it because "it makes you very sick".

Don't know if anyone in Pfizer top brass would test their vaccine, but I personally will wait a couple of months after it becomes available.

Real Clear politics have uncalled Arizona and Pennsylvania for Biden.

Both states are still at 97% count with Trump now behind by 14,000 in Arizona and 45,000 in PA. There is an estimated 95,000 votes to be counted in Az and 190,000 in PA.

Also in Georgia they're at 99% which leaves an estimated 49,000 votes to be counted with Trump trailing by only 11,000.

If he continues to catch Biden or even overtakes him that means Biden goes from the premature call of 290 down to 259 and Trump from 211 up to 242 and with him [Trump] definitely winning Alaska that is 245. Finally leaving North Carolina with it's 15 EV and Georgia with its 16 for a grand total of 276.

How mad would that be? If it were to happen i wonder would Biden's "acceptance" speech of unity, solidarity and co-operation still be valid? :D

I imagine it would be pretty cheap. Given they are competing with 2 Chinese vaccines, a Russian one, and UK one all at the same stage of testing.

Putin tested the Russian vaccine, in prelim stages, on his daughter a few months ago. Allegedly at least.

i'd well believe it. If the boys in american are happy to get kitted out in blaze orange then that's good enough for me that the deer are blind to it - shooting accidents dropped considerably in the states when that came in, well according to, a pro hunter I heard talk about it on a podcast.

I was watching dispatches last night on C4, which i know as a channel is further to the left than Karl Marx. But it seems America has been split down the middle for decades, and its finally bubbling to the surface. Some are blaming Trump for it, but it others say he was just a symptom.

About half seem to be woke liberals living in cities and the other half conservatives living in the smaller cities and country.

17 million guns were bought in the run up to this election

Accoding it a virologist on the PK show this morning, the vaccine is likely to be of a type that has alot of nasty side-effects for some people.

I was told it takes years to get any medicine or vaccine approved, especially after things like the Thalidomide scandal years ago. Its reported that the vaccine must be kept at a temperature of minus 70 degrees C. Better think warm thoughts when you are getting the injection.

That's a given that there has always been this party split. But at one point it was they agreed to disagree and conducted themselves still as neighbours and relatively civilised people. Remember Ron Regan inviting the Dems and Tip O Neil to breakfast when he was elected president to try and foster diplomatic accord? what do you think would happen if Trump, when he gets back in, would do such or what the reaction would be?

It has become more and more obvious since Clinton that there is a nastier and downright aggressive and blatantly Socialist outlook in the Democrat party and it is really coming to the fore these days. Esp since Trump won in 2016 when before he was a Leftist Media darling in a TV show and palled around with the Clintons, and all the other Leftie media and NYC crowd. They really dont like been sold out by one of their own.

Wonder will the supply be able to meet the market on this Black Friday? Reckon with the possibility of Biden getting in it will top that number.
If you want Americans to stop buying guns, it's simple.Stop saying you are going to ban or confiscate them. Three years of the "Trump slump" in the gun industry proves that point.

RCP tweeted that they had not called PA at all yet.

Tim Pool calls himself a liberal who voted for Trump and he's read the lawsuit in PA. He reckons it's likely Biden will win in the voting but Trump has a tiny chance.

His take on the lawsuit is that the complaint about observers is not that strong, but the allegation that votes have not been treated equally (per bush v gore SC judgement) has a chance.

In PA Dem areas, voters were contacted to "cure" their vote if the officials thought it was noncompliant, but in Rep areas, they were not given this amenity.

That is absolutely depressing to watch...I can't believe it has degenerated so much in 30 years since I lived in CA.:(:(.Well actually,I can! Because it[CA in its entireity] was starting to accelerate off the cliff edge back in the mid-90s and obviously has now lit the afterburners to accelerate the crash.

The entire 33 Dist congress is now a total dumpster fire. It was under Republican control from 1967 to 1993 since then the Dems have control.... Keeps voting Dem and keeps voting in people like Feinstein,Boxer ,Clinton. Gore,Newsom, Biden Harris...:rolleyes:

To be honest, I’ve never believed he said. Seems contrary to his opinion of the military. But I also don’t know how it could be debunked. The ongoing problem with fake news.
Biden is also clearly joking in that clip.
