Ulefone android.. Wireless update won't work.

Hi I have a ulefone 5.5 inch screen phone and it keeps showing wireless update. If I update it downloads a certain amount and asks to reboot. Reboot is never ending and just stays at that. Anyone any ideas of a fix. Also one or two apps will not delete even going through all directions to do so. 1 is a torch app and it has…
