Hi guys, Just wondering if you bought a 2nd house,are there any other charges involved seeing as its a 2nd home once you buy it? I know obviously you would have to pay propery tax. Cheers

Cost of ownership:
Property tax
Life insurance
House insurance
Bin charges
Heating and power, generally more for older houses.
Ongoing maintenance, boiler repairs and replacement.
Possible need to reure/replumb
Decorating costs, walls take more effort to prepare as their not new plaster and could be in bits.
