Where to get nice jeans for men?

Hi I'm 21 and I'm looking wear to find nice jeans (or Chinos). I'm 32 x 30 but need a short 30 as some brands are perfect, and some aren't. For example a river island 30 leg is perfect, where as a Hollister or Levis 30 is down at my toes. I wear slim fit jeans as I don't want them to loose or baggy,

Gap are decent for jeans if you don't want to break the bank, further up the price scale have a look at Hilfiger Denim or Nudie.
