I see a plaque on the corner of Threadneedle rd and the Prom, it says something about little john nee, anyone know what that's about?

What I see from the links is that Little John Nee is a local writer/story teller
That plaque is called "Haiku" and is part of a series of similar plaques Cuirt has put up.
These plaques are all linked to writing about Galway and are cast onto bronze or carved into stone, providing a literary trail for visitors and locals.
