    Hi guys, or solitor is requesting old utility bills from us to make sre the property was not rented out ,,,he wants to go back as far as 09...can we get these please?.

    We got meter readings from 2009-2013 by writing to Electric Ireland at their Togher, Cork address. Along with a couple of other documents that was sufficient for us to get the Cert of exemption for NPPR. I wrote to Electric Ireland giving MPRN/account number details and they were fairly swift with their response.
