32" TV with Surround Sound System

Hi, looking for a 32" Smart TV OR the next size up, whatever that is

Picture quality and Sound quality are my priorities 

Surround Sound system, 5 speakers or so attached to a bluray player maybe. Sound quality very important

Anything that would match this?

For the surround sound with bluray player. There is really one on all in one system we would stock and that would be the Sony BDVN7200 priced at £489.00
