Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I previously requested copy statements as I was told I can't have online access to my account with you.
Despite raising this issue I am still yet to receive any statements, nor have I received a response to what ultimately had to be raised as a complaint to get a contact at the bank.
Can somebody please let me know how I can obtain statements as I haven't received anything since our mortgage started at the end of last year.
