Home Improvement loan rates

    It's been a long time since I had a personal loan and I'm a bit shocked at the rates on offer considering deposit rates are rock bottom. anyway, my Credit Union is offering Home Improvement loans at 4.25%. An I likely to beat that anywhere else?

    Take that rate and run.

    Big 3 banks are around 7% to 10% depending on amount, term, purpose etc..
