    I can't take anything more for it than I have done. Feeling really down this evening :(

    Some heat packs and cushions might ease the pain there a bit.

    Did you get to the counsellor today, it is important that you talk to as many people as possible about what you are going through.

    Yeah spent 2 hours in there today. Not feeling any better which is what I hoped would happen :(

    Some people are such horrible scumbags. An artist at a convention was given a cookie by a "fan". Cookie turned out to have a needle in it that the artist only discovered when they went to eat it.
