Looking for outdoor stuff to do next weekend.

I'm doing Zipit in the morning. What else can I organize? Looking for stuff like archery, clay pigeon, kayaking... mountain biking? I dunno what's out there.

    Any recommendations?

Ballyhoura mountain biking is fantastic but an hour from farran woods. €35 to rent a bike and book ahead if you don't have one as its busy at weekends. Free to use if you have your own but I wouldn't go on any old bike. Disk breaks would be a minimum and a good set of shocks.
Both farran and ballyhoura car parks are €5 in coins so make sure you have it. Nowhere for a few miles to get change.

I'd second the poster above Ballyhoura is brilliant, it'll take a good few hours depending on the track you choose, it is physically demanding and certain parts will require a cool head. If someone is physically weak or not able to handle a bike it might not really be suitable besides that it's some of the best crack you can have on 2 wheels. Everything you need is there, book the bikes in advance.

There's a kayaking place in Inniscarra. Never been but heard it's good.

    Kinsale surf adventures is another.

Nooo. Already 7 stickies which is too many. They should probably be reorganised as a it is and put this into some one then.

    Canoe\Kayak rental in Whitegate.
Take a city bike for a cycle along the Marina and the Blackrock Castle loop - or further afield, head to Passage West on the old railway line.
