    Hi Boards.

Background: I have mortgage approval that ends in July and the completion date for my house has been pushed to December 2017 - February 2018 (buying a new build).

I have an exception included in my mortgage approval (aka going above 3.5x salary).

For those of you who have gone through this, may I ask:
    • Did you manage to get a lengthier mortgage approval period from your bank?
    • Did your exception carry over or did you have to reapply for it?

    Cheers in advance!
