Long-haul flight, sleep aids?

    Hey guys,

    I've a long haul flight coming up (10+ hrs) and I find it impossible to sleep on planes even when I'm exhausted which I think could be due to mild anxiety maybe. Anyway, just wondering is there anything over the counter I can get that will help me nod off for a few hours of the flight so I'm not like a zombie when I land, or anything you guys would recommend?

    Melotonin is great, it's a natural sleep aid, should be in the supermarket/pharmacy
