Hi there, Just wondering if BoI allow cheques to be cashed by someone who doesnt have an account witj BoI if they go in with ID.

Yes you can call into the branch that the cheque is drawn from with photo ID in order to cash it. Please note that you will not be able to cash a cheque that is crossed or says Account Payee Only.
