Has anyone rented road bikes and gear in or around Nice/Antibes ?
    Any routes that you used?

I have googled the s*** out of it, but theres not much that pops up , so i thought id ask if anyone on here had been there .

Col d'eze is a must, in nice, also from monaco, there is lances favourite climb, the one inwhich depending on time, he knew he would win the tour....so trek named a bike after it, the col d madone!!

Lots of cycling routes around from antibes...stayed for a few weeks a couple years back, above are reachable and any road you take will be littered with pro's!!

La Route Libre do a road bike for €25/day. Best price you'll get. http://www.larouelibre.fr/location/nos-tarifs/

    Tons of routes
Coast to San Remo one direction and Theoule-sur-Mer the other direction
    The Ironman France Route
    Col de Vence
    Col de la Madone
The Nice collines are great, follow the Paris Nice last stage route to find it.
    Col de Braus
    Col de Turini

I've done 1000's km around there an never got bored.
