Cancelled account but still receiving bills

I cancelled my account over the phone on March 9th. I was told my service would end on 9th April, but I have received another bill today, for usage to: 25 April and rental until 25th May. I was assured over the phone that no further action was required by myself to cancel the account by Nicole in your cancellation team.…
