I liked it, it puts the acting of Fair City to shame so many good Irish actors

Good actors, but a rubbish script.

Really? Wow. But then again they gave Mrs Browne a few BAFTA's.
Really wanted it to be good but am about to call it quits I think.
Finding it hard to follow and keep up.

Lisha, On a more positive note, I watched Catastrophe last night. I loved it, the last episode, it was so poignant. I found it so incredibly moving.

Catastrophe is amazing on so many levels. Funny as feic, rude as possible and then just so poignantly sad . Scarily accurate at times.

Because it is made for ignorant numskulls who think that this is what Ireland is about.

No one seems to be too bothered by Lances death given it was so sudden.
What the fúck have they done with Angeline Ball? is there any need for her to have an American accent? Then again local teenage girls from Waterford who never seen America probably have one :pac:

Yep, it portrays the ups and downs of marriage and other relationships really well, it's refreshingly authentic. I thought it was hilariously when she went for her breast check appointment and the Gynaecologist asked her what birth control method she was using and she replied 'the pull out really fast method' .....priceless :D

Never saw a wake like that.

Well said. The talented cast are very undeserving of this script The likes of Fionnuala Flanagan who is gifted. The priest is a fine actor but god love him theyve completely ruined him.

"i Hope the funeral goes well" says Kat. Yep im sure it will go down a storm.

My favorite was when Dave was asking Rob for advice about his girlfriend being pregnant. Dave suggested an abortion as he knows he is incapable of being a father. Girlfriend not happy.

Rob: you know Dave women dislike being told they can have access to terminations, and well they don't like being told they should have one either

    Funny

All they need is Jimmy Rabbitte, Decko, Outspan, Micka and a few others and they could reunite the Commitments. Unfortunately poor Joey the lips has died so they may hope god sends a new saxophonist on a fúckin Suzuki

It had half a million viewers on RTE1 last week. Maybe it's boards.ie posters who are the ones out of touch and calling it rubbish?
