    Hi,

    I see that you are offering a valuesaver plan including €175 cash back. 
    Is this available to users moving into a new house thus a new account.

    Thank you for your interest in registering with Electric Ireland.

    The 175 euro cashback is a sign-up bonus, and this offer is available to new customers. As such, you should be able to avail of the offer when moving into a new home.

    To register, we recommend calling our colleagues on the Sales team on 1850 305 090. They are available from 8am to 8pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am to 5:30pm (Saturdays). You can find out more information here.

    There are also savings of up to 5.5% for for bill-pay customers who have direct debit and Electric Ireland Online Billing. There is a further 3% for customers who have both gas and electricity with us.

    Customers who wish to apply for the Smarter Pay As You Go meter can also avail of the 175 euro offer. You can find out more about Smarter Pay As You Go here.
