Playhouse Build

    I am thinking of building a playhouse for my 7y/o girl , I am a novice at best when doing anything but if I have a step by step I would be comfortable enough giving it a shot, my budget is 700.
    I have narrowed it down to two options at the moment one is building this

    I reckon it will fit into my budget and I can add a slide and swing too for around the same money.

    Any opinions please the first build above looks very doable the second may work out cheaper and be fairly straight forward, The second needs painted after so that will add slightly to the cost.

    I was thinking similarly but its hard to see how you'd build them for these prices. I know nothing of the quality but its hard to see you beating
