Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

I am just one of many caught up in the three network's latest (April/May 2017) customer service disaster. For the uninitiated, three charged a lot of customers random (often very large) amounts for "internet services" despite the fact we were on all you could eat data plans. Many rounds of complaint messages later, I now have a PM from a representative asking how much credit I had before this. This would be great, except for one thing: I don't exactly know.

I am sure it's at least €60, as I didn't use any phone services for 3 months (apps cover everything these days). The reason I don't have an exact figure is that I could never log into my three account after my last top-up >:S another fun regular feature of being on this network. What is certain is that they charged me an arbitrary amount (let's say ~€100) but left me with my last top-up. So, it does appear that they owe me this much.

So, what do I do? Claim I had the ~€100? Or come clean and admit I don't know? It strikes me as unlikely that they genuinely don't have this info on record. However, it does seem likely they'll do nothing to correct the balance whatever I say. Thoughts? Advice? Thanks for reading, anyway :)

[EDIT]Just found the actual network-specific forum. Mods, no problems if this thread has to be moved there.[/edit]
