How to unblock my card from abroad

    Hello,
             I am currently in the middle east and BoI seem to have blocked my visa debit card. I want to take my children to Taytopark when I come home but am unable to book with my irish card. I do not even know why it is blocked. My email is <snip>

    Please help as your telephone service is a total joke at my expense when calling from abroad and on line waiting for 45 minutes at a time

    Sorry to hear you've had difficulty getting through. Can you please check if you've received a text or email from our card security team? If you have, you don't need to call just reply to the message.
