Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Meteor's unlock code for my Huawei P9 doesn't work.

    Nougat Android, EMUI 5

    Bought the phone from a "careless" adverts user who failed to describe the full extent of the touch screen woes (it was a replacement, badly fitted, also barely registered anything other than very precise and firm fingertip touches) - lukcily I still had the screen from my old waterdamaged P9 (logic board issue) and swapped it over and have a mostly great screen situation again.

    The other problem is it was locked to meteor network. I'm a Three customer for now (maybe not for too long, but for now) and aside from that I definitely need to be able to use other networks' SIMs when I go abroad.

    After a HUGE amount of hassling them and explaining the not-original-owner situation to Meteor while they parroted back generic responses without even reading what I was explaining to them, I got their unlock team to send me an email with the code, having given them the IMEI.

    Unfortunately, the code doesn't seem to work.

    The unlock screen I'm getting is talking about an "NCK" and it occurs to me maybe this isn't even the code Meteor sent me? Anyone know what I do next? I'll bring it to a decent phone unlock shop if I have to, or use a website to do it. I've tried going the root + unlock approach myself but the phone being on Nougat (also EMUI 5) seems to cause some problem with getting TWRP recovery to work - I've only been able to unlock the bootloader so far and can't boot into TWRP recovery to flash anything else.
