    Hi

    I have a monthly subscription to watch BTSports/Eirsports on SKY. My subscription dates back to Setanta times. Could you please tell me how much notice period do I need to give for cancelling. Also can I cancel via PM to one of the eir representatives on Boards?

    Thanks for getting in touch:)

    You would have to give 30 days notice if you would like to cancel your service. I'm afraid, through my channel I would be unable to cancel this service for you. I would recommend contacting our cancellations department on 1800 303 600 for best support on this.
