That puppet film looks horrible, seems to be ripping off the plot of Who Framed Roger Rabbit too. I hope it tanks and McCartys career goes under with it. Ever since she appeared on Friends I never liked her, also hate that twerp Justin or Jason Bateman who always appears in her trash films.

Seriously, everyone, if you get a chance-watch Meet the Feebles (banned in Ireland at one point, possibly still). It has the drug dealing, puppet prostitution, puppet pornos, and a fly that eats feces.
And it came out 20 years ago. (Also, for an R rated Who Framed Roger Rabbit-watch any Ralph Bakshi movie, including Cool World. Be warned, some of his films are terrible tho).

McCarthy used to be in Cecelia Ahern's show 'Samantha Who?' and also Gilmore Girls... and tbh, back then, she was actually trying. She was even good in The Nines (an odd but interesting film).

But ever since that Chuck Lorre sitcom Mike and Molly, she's been a total trainwreck. It's like she was trying more when she was a nobody, and less so now she's got a career.

I noticed some of the "puppets" are very obviously CGI. Missing the point of a Muppets spoof surely, at least I presume that's what it's supposed to be?

Anyone who considers themselves a social media "comedian" from Rory's stories, Cian Twomey, Doireann Gahiry, and so on....I have not seen one funny one. The formula seems to be screaming, doing a cultchie accent, impressions with the same voice (cough Gahiry), dressing up as your other half and beating the same joke to death isn't comedy
