Chimney crack repair costs

Hi, I've just discovered a horizontal crack in the chimney. It's inside the attic space and goes the whole way round at the mortar between two levels of bricks. Hi,

I've just discovered a horizontal crack in the chimney.
It's inside the attic space and goes the whole way round at the mortar between two levels of bricks.
Rather than try to explain it, as I'm not savvy with the terminology, the best thing is to take a look at the attached pictures.

Worth noting, the house was built in 2006 and the chimney in question has never been used.

I'm wondering really, what's required in such a scenario and a rough idea of how much to fix it?
