    Hi,

    If we transfer our electircIreland account as part of moving house,  Are we again on the new one year contract from the transferring date?

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    If you are currently in a contract at your current address, this can be carried forward to the new address. You can complete this online here.

    If your contract at your previous address has expired and you wish to sign up for savings, you will need to sign up for a new contract. In this case, we recommend contacting our colleagues in the Sales team on 1850 305 090 for further information. They are available from Monday to Friday (8am to 8pm) and Saturday (9am to 5:30pm).

    If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

    You will be able to see on your bill if you still have a savings.

    If you wish, we can check the contract for you.

    Please send us a private message with the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
