    Hello,
Can I set up DDs on my saving account?
What is the charge of running the saving account and what are the charges of each transaction?
Is it possible to send money from my saving acc. outside Ire to another EU country and what is the cost of it?

    Thanks kimello,

It's not possible to set up a direct debit coming from your savings account but with some savings accounts you can certainly set up a regular payment going into the account.

The option to make transfers from your savings account will depend on the type of account that you have. Some savings accounts allow this while others may have notice periods or other restrictions in place.

We've detailed information on the different types of savings accounts here.

To answer your questions it would be necessary to find out which type of savings account you have. If you're registered for 365 Online you can send us an 'Ask a Question' through the online service desk and we'll be happy to check this for you.

Alternatively, please call 0818 365 365 to speak with an adviser.

    Thanks
    Nicola
