I work on a week to week contract in the health service through an agency. The agency told me I am entitled to an increase due to a year of service. My superviser told me that he was told that hr arent approving the increase. Agency say they need this approval. Meanwhile a colleague has received the increase without all this hassle.

I have been pushy on this issue bit am mindful that my contract is week to week and dont want to be shown the door etc.

This link says I am entitled to pay equality. what is going on here?
