how to contact the bank owning a property

I am having an issue with trees growing out of control on the neighbours property affecting mine and i want to get in contact with them. the house is empty at present. The last person owner on the deed has cancelled beside it. Having brought the deeds on landdirect it appears AIB own. It says certificate of charge issued…

Having brought the deeds on landdirect it appears AIB own. It says certificate of charge issued rule 156 beside AIB bit?

Any idea how i could get in contact with them in regards to that particular property.
