Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Reverse transfer between my accounts on Banking365

    Hi,

    On Banking 365 I recently transferred money from my BOI current account to one of my BOI credit card accounts.

    I mistakenly transferred the money to a credit card account that is dormant and has been for some time. I intended to transfer it to my active BOI credit card account.

    I messaged the help desk on Banking365 but they simply referred me to card services and as the account is dormant with no full and active card number card services are no help.

    Can you assist me in reversing this transfer?

    Hi Nicola,

    No. Before I can talk to anyone I am required to enter a card number. The card in question was destroyed at BOI's advice following some fraudulent transactions about 12 months ago. A new card was issued but the old ones remained as accounts on 365Online.
