Waiting for installation notification

    I signed up for a ftth upgrade over 24 hours ago but have yet to hear anything back about when I'll be getting installed. Does it usually take this long to be contacted or should I be worried?

    Thanks for the reply. I did it in an online chat. I have an order number that I can PM you? No hassle if it takes a while to hear back, I was just curious about when I might typically be given a time/date.

    When placing an order online it can take 3-5 working days to generate the order and you will the receive notification regarding your account number and installation details.
