So was cleaning the bike and noticed this earlier on - seems to have managed to scratch the paint away. It's a Cube Peloton Pro aluminium frame, made in 2015. I only assume it's from tire rubbing off it - should I be worried?

It appears to be very minor. I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe get a very thin aluminium plate and stick it on there just to protect it from any more damage but you could also explore as to why its rubbing at that point...is your wheel slightly buckled? Or is/was there a bulge in your rear tyre at some stage that was rubbing at that point?
