The lady doing the waxing doesn't seem very proficient at her job. My lady can take the wax off in one motion.

I think Chanelle has aligned herself with Raph as her "best" friend , as she knows how much he knows the ins and outs of the show , and she'll pick up on his tactics , maybe ? I dunno

Possibly but I suspect on launch night she also saw him as somebody who'd be fairly neutral in the house and would be an effective ally. So she snapped him up as her bestie
