Arthur is an easy target when they all turn on him. Lot's of them worried he's getting too much airtime so it makes sense they all turn on him. Everyone is playing the game.

I think that kind of "ganged up upon" feeling would send anyone a bit funny. I mean Joe started that chat in a very unassuming way but very sneakily turned it very threatening
