    Hi all,

    I am travelling to Manchester for a couple of days.
    Are there any surviving bars from the old 90's era where I could sample a bit of that atmosphere.
    Or any recommended spots to visit. I'm thinking Stone Roses, Oasis, In spiral Carpets. Bars with good background music either

    Dry Bar of Oasis and Happy Monday's fame is still on the go and not a bad spot.

    Canal Bar, Venue and the Ritz also have connections - frankly there's not a huge amount left though.

    Castle Hotel is worth for live music also.
