Kill your babies - 90's edition

Below are the rules.
I thought it'd be fun to have a go and see how we get on.
If it goes well, then no doubt we can have future iterations for
-SNES, 2000's, PS1, Megadrive, etc etc
I picked the list of games, mostly from what I know to be some of the best games of the 90s. I know YOUR favourite game may not be there, but I tried to cater for most tastes and give a 'general' list.
Obviously you can make you own list next time if you'd like :P
This doesn't constitute the "BEST GAME OF THE 90's" , but just a general boards.ie favourite baby maybe :P...or one of. At the end of the day it's just a fun game and will be interesting to see why people save or kill off certain ones. (There is often a 'save' rule whereby only once, and once per game, that game can be saved....but for the sake of learning and trying out the game I'll leave it out, maybe future versions can use it)Rule #1: When you make a kill, give your reason why you are killing. Just taking it out isn't all that inspiring. Whether you truly dislike it, you strike out of revenge, you feel that there are other important titles that should have made it, or you have legitimate critiques, explaining your kill is necessary to validate its death. Yes, even to those of you who kill because they're good (Because that makes sense =-D)
Rule #2: Please keep the updated list for the benefit of other players. Cross through your kill to identify what's been chosen.
Rule #3: You may kill another game after only four other people have made a kill OR if 12 hours have passed from the last overall kill (not necessarily your own). This should be plenty of time for others to get involved.
Rule #4: If you fail to give a reason, make a 2nd kill without allowing the time to pass/proper amount of players a turn, or if there is an unforeseen issue up for potential review, your kill may not be recognized. This rule is subjective to the situation and hopefully will not be implemented.
Rule #5: We will have a straw poll for the final two. Please vote for the one you want to win, not lose.

Taking out Jet Moto because, really? What the hell is this doing on a list of best anything. In a decade that gave us some of the best racers ever like Sega rally, f-zero X, Colin McRae, mario kart etc this was the best you could do? Crash team racing is the same but only stays on for being only slightly more meh than jet moto. CTR and jet moto are two average games that make me wonder when everyone started fooling themselves that they were some sorts of classics.

I know how much loved this and it may be just my predjudice against JRPGs but I bought this at the time after all the rave reviews and then I played it.
Cue starting animation, ok now onto the actual game
walk a few steps, Fight! that was interesting. walk a few more steps, Fight! OK fine

Honestly it was oversight on my part, I cut the original list from another thread and quickly modded most of it...must have slipped through...apologies. I'd have nuked it too.

Nope. FF7 is also on the list.
Guilty pleasure fact....FF8 is my favourite Final Fantasy
I know people hate the abuse you can do with thr Junction system..but it was fun. It also had a no encounter Junction...which would fix your problem. Also..Triple Triad

Ocarina of Time.
Because like a lot of early 3d games, it has aged like crap with some awful moments in it.
Good video on why its kind of a crap game and its flaws.
