Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

We have recently purchased a home in kilcoole and are planning to renovate the bathroom as a first priority.

the current bathroom is located on the first floor

2Meters wide x 1.7 meters deep to the rear window

we want to knock down the stud wall and increase the length of the bathroom to the below

    2.5meters wide x 1.7meters deep

Was looking for a few recommendations of builders /bathroom fitters that anyone has had a good experience with.

    Also

The bathroom is located under a retaining wall on the ground floor separating the kitchen + living room.

would like someone to knock down this wall and install an RSJ aprox 2.5meters

would like both done at the same time if possible and quoted together

    Thanks

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated - we are planning to undertake this work around July/August time if possible

I'd highly recommend Cormac Kavanagh. He did a renovation for us and was really reliable and finish the job to a really high standard. You'll get him at cormac [at] ckc.ie
