Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ordering Yen - Estimated time to wait

    Hey,

    I'm going to Japan mid-June and I was wondering if I were to order yen through 365 online how long would it take in general to process before it was ready to collect?

    You can order foreign currency online here. You would need to allow 5 working days for the branch to process your order. You can also give travel notification via the Service Desk on 365Online prior to your trip.

    So, just to be completely clear, if I order yen it should be available for collection in a branch after 5 working days?

    Yes that is correct. Once you've made your order the cash will be available for collection in your selected branch in 5 working days.
