septic tank - (dry site) water bubbling out of man holes.

    - New septic tank went in in 2005.
    - Never cleaned until 2016 (christmas) Was over flowing with solids.
    - Emptied tank two manholes. (main and
    - 2 months later it is full of water again.
    - something must be stuck in percolation area.
    - how can i confirm this is the issue ?
    - how can this be fixed. ?
    - emptying again - sewer rods / power washer?

    This is a similar inlet to our main manhole.

    Soakaway blocked or saturated.
    Dig up the pipe between septic tank and soakway, its probably blocked.
