VOIP on F2000 modem

Hi, I recently upgraded to fibre broadband (FTTH) and I also still have the POTS line, I asked eir if I could port the POTS number to VOIP as the modem has an inbuilt ATA and was informed that the service would start in April. Hi,

I recently upgraded to fibre broadband (FTTH) and I also still have the POTS line, I asked eir if I could port the POTS number to VOIP as the modem has an inbuilt ATA and was informed that the service would start in April.

It's now mid May and I haven't heard a thing!
When will the fibre network be configured to allow eir VOIP services so I can ditch the analogue line and use the ATA in the modem?
