New monthly free event in MVP for Music Producers
Looking for people to come and play their tracks from Laptops, MP3's or perform with synths, etc.

This is tonight!!! Come along for the chats and tunes. Couple of performance demos of different setups for playing out live with laptops and various equipment and a couple of heads playing tunes.

Fantastic night had by all. The lads that gave talks (Ronan from Pursued By Dogs and Daithí) were total legends. Great to listen to and there was a great buzz at getting to see the nuts and bolts of their set up and then see and hear them perform in such an intimate space. Everybody got to have a close look and a go of their gear. Few producers brought tracks with them and was great to hear them over the sound system and lovely atmosphere over the whole night. Lot of people got introduced to each other and had the chats so I think all the boxes got ticked.

And we're back on the 21st of the month for another Create Sound Social. Get your arses down as we won't be running these things indefinitely and the last one was special.

Wed 21st of June, MVP, Harolds Cross. Free Entry. Artists giving demos/talk to be announced over the next couple of days. If you fancy banging out one of your tunes we're still taking people for the Open Mic/Performance side of the night or if you've just got stuff on USB and don't fancy playing live then bring them with you and we'll play 'em over the sound system.

Get your yaya's down to MVP from 7.30 for lots of electronic music production delights. If you've made a tune and you want to hear it played out in public then bring it along on a USB stick and we'll put it on. If you're feeling brave and you wanna play a tune off your laptop and perform it then bring the laptop and do it.

Back once again this Thursday night (21st) in MVP Harolds Cross.
Hard to follow our last event but we're gonna do our damndest(?) to keep raising the bar.
Big turnout for the last one so let's see if we can get all the people out again and doing the whole music producers social thing at our very special night of performance, talks and demos.

This month we are honoured to be joined by Bell X1's very own Glenn Keating to discuss the V/A madness that goes into the live Bell X1 experience. We'll also have some local producer tracks being dj'd by the Create Sound djs and some performances from up and coming local electronic music producers.

As usual, if you'd like to perform something from a synth/laptop/whatever then get in touch and we'll see about getting you on and if you've got tracks you've made that you wanna share then bring them along on a usb stick and we'll play them over the sound system.

Obvs, if you just wanna come along and enjoy listening to some tips and tricks from other producers, some live performance and some brand new unreleased local electronic sizzle then get yourself down there. It's free in, doors open at 7pm
