Would be a major surprise as Conte said Chelsea are looking to buy not sell. Whatever very slim chance there may be of this happening should Chelsea draw Barca in the Champions League this evening even that disappears. Willian is at best an OK player and in the normal run of things I would suspect Chelsea would let him off but we need bodies.

Barca have a lot of problems I don't see too many of the big teams that will be willing to help them out.

That basically translates to Inter taking him on a season long loan. Italian teams are fond of getting players on loan and never buying them.
Would be a ridiculous move on Arsenals part, I'm not saying Mustafi was brilliant last season, but he warrants another season in the team. With Koscielny getting older and constantly having to nurse an Achilles problem, then Mustafi will definitely be needed over the season.

I'd assume they might if it was proven to be true, so far we the origin of the report is the Irish Indo with only a few lines on it and no details whatsoever on the supposed meetings. Liverpool were caught red handed having a direct meeting with him.

It happens a lot where a defender has a bad first season and comes good over the next couple of years.

Managers and Directors of football seem to be under some mad illusion that you can buy a defense. As long as everybody is reasonably good, a defense is all about the system and communication.

Look at a guy like Sakho. Very inconsistent at Liverpool and then turned into Paolo Maldini at Palace because he got the system.
