    Does anybody know if camping is allowed in these woods?

    Given that it is listed as a special area of conservation, I would imagine not. It's also borders the Coolatin estate so unlikely any campers would remain undetected for long.

    That's what I was thinking, it's very well maintained, no rubbish or traces of fires like there is in other woodland around Wicklow. The OPW must monitor it.
