Bill increased while in contract without notice

    Hi,

    I was just going back through my bills, signed up to a contract 2/16 as stated on the my eir website, 5/6 months into the contract the bill has increased without notice. when signing up to the contract it was not stated that "X" was the price for 6 months and "Y" was the price for 12 months.

    Can you look into this please?
