Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has anyone here upgraded their Leaf drl to led bulbs? Would be interested in knowing where you got them, if you could recommend a particular one.

Gen 1.5. What are they like to install?

Edit: just read your thread, so it seems they just fit and there is no grinding them down to fit or anything annoying like that - thanks again!

Very easy, but you do have to loosen the arch liner to get to the back of the bulb holder.

The led kit sounds expensive at 26e or so but it's worth it for the fact that they are straight plug and play, no grinding like the older bulbs etc

Lads, I dunno, time will tell, but I've been fitted LEDs for the last 10 years on and off and the reliability just isn't there imho. Most LEDs are Chinese made and you'll be replacing them within 2 years.

Yeah sorry, I think I quoted the price of the light assembly unit rather than the bulbs.

I could have got cheaper bulbs for €1 but these have been fitted to many Leaf's, and some over 3 years ago.
    Hopefully they last :)
