Looking for a MUA to do pale make in Donegal town

Attending a wedding in June, and would love to get make up done, only thing is they must be able to do pale- I'll bring my own foundation even! The trend this weather is tan-tastic and epic amounts of bronzer.. so not me! Recommendations would be helpful, thanks in advance
