Xbob One Skyrim Load order Help needed!!!!!!!!

So my game keeps crashing whenever I walk near Windhelm or Riften and I've been told that this is because my load order is messed up, so I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me if my load order is okay and if it is not if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix it. Thanks everyone for any help you can offer!

My current load order:
Unofficial Skyrim Speicial Edition Patch
Campfire
Immersive Sounds - Compendium
Open Cities Skyrim
Frostfall
Alternate Start - Live Another Life
The Paarthurnax Dilemma
Vivid Weathers Special Edition
Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim
Perk Points Per Level (Basically lets you set how many perk points you get per level up)
Perk Points and More Gold for Bounty Quests
Reverse Shout Cooldown (The more words you learn the faster the cooldown)
Reverse Shout Cooldown - Dawnguard

Remove all the mods, and add them one by one, until you can reproduce the issue, and then get rid of the mod that is breaking things.

They're all unofficial.

The mod Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch is just a patch made by modders to fix a variety of issues in the game which Bethesda hasn't fixed, or won't fix.

As suggested above, the best idea as mentioned above is to remove all the mods, and then add each one back in until you've found the one causing the problem.

They have a general approach to load orders.

Times like this I'm delighted for tools like BOSS and LOOT on the PC, I can't imagine doing it manually, I feel for you.
